Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nb888 ("nb888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the nb888 website located at nb888.io and all associated services, products, and content made available thereon.

By completing the nb888 registration process, clicking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the nb888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation or qualification.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the nb888 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting nb888 customer support.

Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of account creation. nb888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close an account pending satisfactory age verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

nb888 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using nb888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. nb888 does not make representations as to the legality of its services in all jurisdictions. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law is made at the user's own risk.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an nb888 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid mobile phone number. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. nb888 may request supporting documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — to verify your identity and address at any stage of the account lifecycle.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered nb888 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If nb888 determines that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts may be closed immediately, bonuses credited to those accounts cancelled, and any winnings derived from duplicate account activity may be voided at nb888's sole discretion.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nb888 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify nb888 of any suspected unauthorised access.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify nb888 immediately by emailing [email protected]. nb888 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your nb888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Where there is no pending withdrawal, no open bet, and no outstanding bonus wagering requirement, nb888 will process account closure promptly. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following standard identity verification.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An nb888 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. nb888 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The account balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the nb888 cashier at the time of deposit. nb888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with notice to players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your nb888 account within 5–15 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits you initiate are intended for your own nb888 account. nb888 is not liable for funds transferred to incorrect accounts as a result of player error. Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are not permitted and may trigger additional verification requirements.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into your nb888 account, and which is registered in your name. nb888 operates a strict same-name withdrawal policy; withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full identity verification (KYC Level 2) are eligible for higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the nb888 payment policy page.

5.3 Processing Times

nb888 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) — 25 to 60 minutes from approval; bank transfers — 1 to 3 banking hours from approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

nb888 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill confirming your address, or a screenshot of your mobile wallet account showing your registered name and number. Failure to provide requested documentation within 5 business days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

5.5 Bonus-Related Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals of funds credited as bonuses, or funds derived from bonus wagering, are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the specific promotion. Players must meet all applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable, subject to any open bet requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by nb888 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period stated at the time of issuance. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry. nb888 does not extend bonus validity periods except in documented cases of technical failure attributable to the platform.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

nb888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, making low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting both sides of a market), using automated or scripted betting systems, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.

Section 07

Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

nb888 makes no guarantee that any particular game title will remain available on the platform at all times. Game providers may withdraw or modify games with or without prior notice. nb888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of significant game library changes where possible.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, disconnection, or server error during a game round, nb888 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected game round may be voided and the wager amount returned to the player's account. nb888 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Game Results

The results of all RNG-based casino games are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. The results of live casino games are determined in real time by human dealers and physical game equipment at the streaming studio. nb888 accepts no liability for outcomes that a player considers to be statistically unusual, as random outcomes by definition include variance.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game on nb888 displays its own minimum and maximum bet limits within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing wagers. nb888 reserves the right to impose additional per-player bet limits at its discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected advantage play or system exploitation.

Sports Betting

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed on nb888 are subject to acceptance by nb888 at its absolute discretion. nb888 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets that it considers to exceed reasonable market exposure or to reflect information not available to the general public at the time the bet was placed.

8.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on nb888 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet receipt is issued. In-play odds update in real time; a bet is confirmed only when nb888 issues a bet ID and receipt number in the player's account.

8.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled before it commences, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and subsequently takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, bets will generally stand. If an event is postponed beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided unless nb888 specifically states otherwise in the relevant market terms.

8.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, match result bets require a minimum of the completion of one full innings (unless the match result has already been determined) to be considered valid. Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments, and umpire decisions are all considered part of the official result. nb888 follows the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, or ICC).

8.5 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void where: the event did not take place within the eligibility window; the bet was placed after the market was suspended; the bet contained a manifest pricing error; or the player was found to hold inside information at the time of placing the bet. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as stake credit.

Section 09

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nb888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing an account restriction by creating an account on their behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information, including impersonating another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the nb888 platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with events offered for betting on nb888.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed profit; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud through the nb888 payment infrastructure.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to nb888 systems, accounts belonging to other players, or nb888's back-end infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward nb888 support staff or other players using the platform's communication features.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure session duration alerts that trigger a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Account access can be suspended for a defined period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains inaccessible for all gaming and betting activity.

nb888 uses the personal data you provide — including your name, contact details, payment information, and gaming history — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. nb888 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmission between your device and nb888 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. nb888 retains account data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required for anti-money laundering compliance and regulatory record-keeping purposes.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nb888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nb888 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

nb888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the liability arises or ৳10,000, whichever is lower, except where liability arises from nb888's own proven fraud or wilful misconduct.

nb888 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding uptime, uninterrupted access, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may interrupt access temporarily.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

nb888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nb888 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the nb888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 above.

The version of the Terms currently in force is identified by its effective date displayed in the hero section of this page. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Section 14

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the territory in which nb888 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a player and nb888 arising from these Terms or from the use of the nb888 platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting nb888 customer support at [email protected]. nb888 will acknowledge disputes within 3 business days and aim to reach a resolution within 15 business days of the initial contact.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator directs otherwise in the award.
